The Comef Research & Development Dept. can develop on 3D platform a specific customer’s request supplying, in case of need, a mathematic file for Cad-Cam application, some samples realized according to the “Rapid Prototyping” technology for the study of the figure, mini-production made on the baby-mould for the validation and with small investments.

The Comef Research & Development Dept. has two modern optical / mechanical three dimensional indicators that can make the reverse-engineering on a component, in order to carry out the correct revision of the component shape to improve its performance. A firm bond with the most qualified moulds maker in the medical field, allows the strictly confidential “turnkey” development of the several requests.

The Comef Research & Development Dept. has a qualified technical laboratory for the components validation. Equipments as the optical indicator, the dynamometer, the provaset, several type of calibres/micrometers and so on, periodically validated from SIT calibration institutes that certifies their conformity to the current rules, allow the performance of specific functional and dimensional tests as from specific customer’s request.
